Architecting AI-native pipelines using Python, OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, RAG, and custom MCP servers for intelligent data orchestration. Designing automated ERP data loaders (SAP, Dynamics) and standardising QA across engineering teams through automated end-to-end testing frameworks.

Led development of Ferrari's official web configurator — Angular + Unreal Engine 3D rendering deployed across EU, APAC and US markets as the brand's flagship digital touchpoint. Coordinated frontend delivery across pre-sales, point of sale, and after-sales workstreams. Designed and delivered enterprise workflow automation for Telecom Italia, automating multi-step data-entry operations via C# microservices on Azure.

Delivered enterprise full-stack applications for the Autostrade motorway group — a KPI intelligence dashboard, tariff lifecycle management, and a national tender platform supporting Italy's highway infrastructure. Led geo-statistical UI visualisations and defined responsive design standards adopted across four development teams. Customised Microsoft 365 solutions to streamline internal service workflows.

Selected and implemented a complete ERP and CRM suite for a mid-size B2B industrial distributor, streamlining procurement, inventory tracking, and the full customer lifecycle. Collaborated with ERP developers to deliver bilingual and international business requirements. First management-level IT role — responsible for all operations, vendor relations, and IT strategy.

Six years progressing from developer to senior engineer across three Tehran-based technology companies. Built a multi-level field reporting app with role-based access for distributed subsidiaries, integrating Android data collection with offline sync. Developed a desktop CRM with CTI (telephony) integration and custom DNN modules. Delivered a B2C e-commerce portal. First lead architecture role, mentoring junior developers and owning end-to-end delivery.

Where it started. Co-developed a yellow-pages web platform with advanced search and category management for local business listings. Built dynamic web applications for B2B and B2C clients across retail, media, and professional services. Managed shared hosting infrastructure.
